Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClickNShop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Vendor Account Registration

To become a vendor on ClickNShop:

• You must pay a ₦1,000 one-time verification fee during registration.
• After verification, you must maintain a ₦500 monthly subscription for dashboard access.
• Your dashboard will be suspended immediately and your products will be invisible to users if your subscription is not renewed.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Creating multiple accounts or using fake information is prohibited.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor on ClickNShop, you agree to:

• Provide valid and legitimate business information.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, with real photos and honest descriptions.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle all transactions, deliveries, and customer service independently.
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not sell:

• Illegal items (drugs, weapons, stolen goods)
• Counterfeit or fake products
• Adult or offensive content
• Hazardous or dangerous materials
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

You may not:

• Harass, spam, or deceive other users
• Misuse the referral program
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or policies

5. Referral Program

• Vendors earn ₦300 for each verified vendor they refer to ClickNShop.
• Referral bonus is paid only when the referred vendor completes their ₦1,000 verification payment.
• Payments are processed manually every Friday via bank transfer.
• There is no minimum payout amount.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspected fraud or policy violations.
• The referral program may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Platform Role Disclaimer

• We DO NOT handle transactions between buyers and sellers.
• We DO NOT guarantee product quality, delivery, or seller reliability.
• All communication (including WhatsApp chats) and payments for products occur directly between users.
• We are NOT LIABLE for any disputes, losses, damages, or issues arising from user interactions.
• Users interact at their own risk and are responsible for due diligence.

7. Subscription & Payments

• Monthly subscription is required for vendor dashboard access.
• No refunds for used subscription periods.
• Subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled.
• To avoid renewal, cancel before your billing date.
• Dashboard access is revoked immediately upon subscription expiration.

8. Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• No refunds will be issued if terminated for policy violations.
• Vendors may delete their account at any time through their dashboard.
• Account deletion does not entitle you to any refunds.

9. General Provisions

• These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
